The investments have an average 17% ROI with returns ranging from 12% to 30% ROI, an average term of 6 months, ranging from 1 month to 10 months and a minimum investment of € 1 (the market average is € 50).

Location-wise, most of the projects take place in Latvia with few projects also in Estonia, Poland, etc…

How it works:

• Borrowers apply to the platform to get funding for their projects.
• Envestio (that works as a loan originator) evaluates the project, the risks and establishes the contract with the borrower.
• The investments are then made available on the platform marketplace.
• Investors can then see projects, view details and select the amount they want to invest in.

Safety:

Envestio offers a buyback guarantee option on investments with the following characteristics:

• The BuyBack means that at any time the investor can sell an investment from his portfolio back to the platform
• The price of the option varies depending on the investments (e.g. cost of -5% ROI)
• The investor will instantly receive the invested money back
• All interest already received remain in possession of the investors

Fees:

No fees are charged for opening an account or service fees. Withdrawals are free unless smaller than € 5. In this case a fee of € 2 is charged.
